Marina Marina Shipping Policy

We offer Free Standard shipping (3-5 business days, once shipped) on all orders over $100, placed within Canada, United States, and Internationally. Orders under $100 are charged a shipping fee, based on current rates calculated at checkout per market being shipped to.

Orders are typically processed same day if before 12pm EST or within next 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. It is important to acknowledge that delivery carriers may encounter uncontrollable delays once the merchandise has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please note, all items ship from Canada, please note if you are outside of Canada your products will need to go through customs. Kindly anticipate additional processing time during promotional periods and holidays when order volumes are elevated. Please be advised that orders are not dispatched on weekends or nationally recognized holidays.

    We have a 21-day return policy.

    All returns must be sent back within 21-days of receipt of product or it will not be accepted outside of this window. 

    We reserve the right to refuse returns that are:

    1. Shipped for return after the 21-day grace period
    2. Worn
    3. Altered
    4. Washed
    5. Damaged in any way

    All tags must be fully attached at the time of return. We are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.

    Please take care of our product when trying on. Make sure when trying on any bottoms, to do so over underwear, without removing the hygienic liner until you are sure you will be keeping them. Be mindful of product on your body and to be free of makeup, deodorant stains, animal hair, perfume, or other product stains as this will make your return subject to refusal. Marina Marina reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if merchandise is considered in salable condition. Items that are deemed not salable will be discarded or returned back to sender with shipping costs not included.

        • Sale items are final sale and will only be eligible for store credit to be used online at marinamarinbridalswim.com. There are no refunds or exchanges, no exceptions.
        • We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Marina Marina Bridal Swimwear’s sole discretion.
        • Marina Marina Bridal Swimwear is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather.
        • Marina Marina Bridal Swimwear does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled prior to being scanned at a transportation facility.

    ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?

        • Shipping on all initial orders is free above $100, however the cost of the return label for all returns and exchanges shall be incurred at purchasers own expense and restocking fees will be applied on all refunds.
        • 5% Restocking Fee on ALL returns
        • Exchanges do NOT have a Restocking Fee

    Return Instructions

    Step 1: prepare your item(s) for return

        • Returns must have all tags attached in the original condition and the protective liner(s) all must still be in place, with all original packaging it was received in and its gift with purchases if you are returning product and not exchanging.
        • Swimwear should not be worn, altered, washed or damaged with the return and exchange policy respected.
        • The grace period must be respected. There are no exceptions for returns after 21-days.

    Step 2: Ship your item + retain a copy of your tracking number

        • Seal your return and swimwear in a mailing envelope or box, with the above items from step 1 being followed.
        • You are responsible for paying the postage for your return.
        • Go to your local USPS, UPS, or Fedex location and purchase a label with the below address. Please verify this address when shipping, as we are not responsible for items addressed to the wrong location.

    IMPORTANT: If you are outside of Canada you will need to add a customs declaration form. Please write “SWIMSUIT - CANADIAN GOODS RETURNED TO CANADA”


    Retain your tracking number for Step 3

    Step 3: Notify us of your return

        • Send an email to hello@mmbridalswim.com
        • Subject line should be Return Order # (with your order number following)
        • Email should contain
          • Full Name of purchaser
          • Address connected to the order number
          • Order Number
          • Order Tracking & Shipping Service used to return item(s)

    Step 4: Wait for confirmation and refund

        • We will notify you by email if your item has been approved for refund, or exchange, or if it will be returned back due to not following the instructions from step 1.
        • Once received confirmation of refund, it will take 5-10 business days to receive your refund.
        • If you are exchanging, your new item(s) will be shipped out once the return(s) are received and inspected.
